Acure Champions Program Terms

1. Program Overview 

The Acure Champions Program (“Program”) is operated by Better Planet Brands LLC dba ACURE (“Acure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Shopify Collabs platform. The Program rewards approved brand advocates (“Ambassadors,” “Champions,” or “Participants”) for referring new customers to shop on https://acure.com. 

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Participants must reside in a country where Acure.com ships products. 
  • Participation is by approval only; Acure reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its sole discretion. 
  • Employees of Acure or its affiliates are not eligible for commissions through this Program. 

3. Program Scope & Ambassador Expectations 

  • The Program is designed for Acure enthusiasts who organically share products they love. 
  • Participants may share Acure referral links or discount codes through personal social media, blogs, websites, or private messages. 
  • Participants may not use paid ads, coupon sites, resell products, or misrepresent themselves as employees of Acure. 
  • Acure reserves the right to revoke participation at any time if misuse, fraudulent activity, or brand misrepresentation is suspected. 

4. Commissions 

  • Ambassadors will earn a commission between 0%–15% on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or discount code. 
  • Commission rates are determined by Acure and may vary by product, collection, or campaign. 
  • Commissions are eligible 30 days after an order is placed to account for returns, cancellations, and chargebacks. 
  • If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned, the commission for that order will be voided. 
  • Commissions are tracked through the Shopify Collabs platform and paid out per the platform’s standard process. 
  • Comissions only apply if orders are placed by a customer that is new to acure.com

5. Customer Discount 

  • Acure champions may share a 10% discount with followers for selected collections on https://acure.com. 
  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer. 
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or used retroactively on previous orders. 
  • If acure.com has an ongoing sale or store-wide promotion that offers a superior discount to the 10% provided by the ambassador code, the ambassador code will not be applicable to that order. However, the ambassador will still receive commission for the order if the customer uses the unique ambassador link to make the purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct 

Ambassadors may not: 

  • Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or use unauthorized paid media. 
  • Promote discount codes or links on third-party coupon or deal-sharing sites. 
  • Create social media accounts, websites, or email domains impersonating Acure. 
  • Misrepresent Acure’s brand values, products, or campaigns. 
  • Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • Ambassadors may use approved Acure logos, imagery, and copy solely for the purpose of promoting Acure products under this Program. 
  • All content created by Ambassadors remains their property but may be reposted or shared by Acure with proper credit, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

8. Termination 

Acure reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Breach of these Terms 
  • Inactivity for more than 90 days 
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback-related issues 
  • Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that do not meet payout requirements will be forfeited. 

9. Modification of Terms 

Acure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

10. Disclaimer 

Participation in the Acure Champions Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Ambassadors and Acure. Ambassadors act as independent promoters.
