Acure Ambassadors Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview 

The Acure Ambassadors Program (“Program”) is operated by Better Planet Brands LLC dba ACURE (“Acure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Shopify Collabs platform. The Program rewards approved creators (“Ambassadors” or “Participants”) for sharing and promoting Acure products via their unique referral links and codes. 

By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

  • Participants must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to participate in affiliate programs. 
  • Participants must reside in the contiguous United States of America. 
  • Acceptance into the Program is by application and approval only. 
  • Employees, contractors, or representatives of Acure are not eligible to earn commissions through this Program. 

3. Program Scope & Ambassador Expectations 

  • The Acure Ambassadors Program is designed for creators and advocates who authentically represent the Acure brand and products. 
  • Ambassadors are expected to: 
    • Share their unique link or discount code organically via social media, email newsletters, blogs, or websites. 
    • Create honest and transparent content about Acure products, clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship (e.g., using “#ad” or “#acureambassador”). 
    • Align with Acure’s mission of clean, sustainable, and clinically backed skincare. 
  • Ambassadors may not: 
    • Promote Acure on coupon or discount aggregation websites. 
    • Use paid ads, unauthorized discount codes, or any misleading marketing practices. 
    • Represent themselves as employees or official spokespeople for Acure. 
    • Make claims about Acure products that are not verified or approved by the brand. 

4. Commissions 

  • Ambassadors will earn a 15% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or discount code. 
  • Commissions are calculated on the subtotal before tax, shipping, and discounts. 
  • Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after an order is placed to allow for returns, cancellations, and chargebacks. 
  • If an order is refunded, canceled, or disputed, the corresponding commission will be voided. 
  • Commissions are processed and paid through the Shopify Collabs platform according to its payout schedule and thresholds. 
  • Acure reserves the right to adjust commission rates or structure at any time with notice.

5. Customer Discount 

  • Ambassadors may share a 15% off discount for selected collections listed at https://acure.com/collections/shop-all-acure-ambassadors. 
  • Discounts are limited to one per customer per order. 
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively to past orders. 
  • Discount misuse (e.g., mass code sharing on coupon sites) will result in program termination. 

6. Content Usage & Intellectual Property 

  • Ambassadors retain ownership of content they create but grant Acure a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, feature, or share their content across digital channels (social media, website, email, etc.), with credit where possible. 
  • Ambassadors may use Acure’s brand name, imagery, and product assets only in connection with their participation in the Program. 
  • Ambassadors may not alter Acure branding or use it in a misleading or defamatory way. 

7. Termination 

  • Acure may suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: 
    • Violation of these Terms or misuse of the Program. 
    • Fraudulent activity or suspected self-purchases. 
    • Inactivity or lack of engagement for more than 90 days. 
    • Misrepresentation of Acure’s brand, products, or messaging. 
  • If terminated, any unpaid commissions that have not reached eligibility for payout will be forfeited. 

8. Program Modifications 

Acure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program and its terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. 

9. Relationship Disclosure 

  • Participation in the Program does not establish an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Ambassadors and Acure. 
  • Ambassadors act as independent promoters, responsible for their own compliance with advertising and tax laws in their respective jurisdictions.
