Gift With Purchase Program – Terms & Conditions

Acure is pleased to offer an exclusive Gift With Purchase program available only at Acure.com. Participation in this program is subject to the terms below, as well as Acure’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies referenced on our website.

1. Eligibility

This program is open to:

  • Customers who have previously placed at least one order on Acure.com using a valid email address.
  • Customers who are logged in to their Acure.com account at the time of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed through third-party retailers (including Amazon or physical stores) are not eligible.
  • If you do not yet have an Acure.com account, you may create one using the email address from your original order. Past purchases will automatically be linked.
  • Acure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any customer or order qualifies for this program.

2. How It Works

  1. Log in to your Acure.com account.
  2. Add any product(s) to your cart.
  3. Select one gift from the eligible Gift With Purchase Collection.
  4. The gift will be automatically discounted to 100% off at checkout, provided all conditions are met.
  5. You may remove the gift at any time before completing your order.

3. Program Details

  • No minimum order value is required.
  • Customers may participate multiple times; each redemption requires a qualifying order.
  • This offer may be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
  • Gift selection, availability, and quantities are subject to change at Acure’s sole discretion.
  • Gifts are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Gifts are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other products.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

  • Only one gift per order is permitted.
  • The program is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
  • Acure reserves the right to impose limits on the number of redemptions per customer, household, or account.
  • Any suspected abuse or misuse of the program (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, or manipulating eligibility criteria) may result in:
    • Order cancellation,
    • Forfeiture of promotional eligibility, and/or
    • Permanent exclusion from future Acure promotions.

5. Modifications & Termination

  • Acure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.
  • Cancel or refuse fulfillment of any order it deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
  • Substitute any free gift with an item of equal or greater value.
  • ·Enforce order or quantity limits and apply additional conditions to prevent abuse.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Acure shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims of any kind arising from or related to participation in this program, including but not limited to:
    • Website or system errors, checkout issues, or technical malfunctions;
    • Gift availability, shipping delays, or delivery issues;
    • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer account information; or
    • The use or misuse of any gift.
  • In no event shall Acure be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Acure’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this program shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Gift With Purchase Terms, Acure’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies available on our website.
